1 问题 1.1 组织的随意性 一是认识不足。把医疗纠纷管理当作一项临时性工作,想抓就抓,想抓多久就抓多久,缺乏经常性和持久性。表现为组织不健全,制度不完善,分析和解决问题不及时;二是标准不高。有关人员素质不高,工作被动应付,缺乏规划性,目标不明确,效率低,开展工作困难;三是处理不积极。发生医疗纠纷后不愿管、不敢管、不会管,或孤立看待医疗纠纷,就事论事,不能够全面分析,吸取经验教训。
