企业从小到大,由弱到强,都要经历不同的发展阶段,而在不同的发展阶段都需要用不同的管理方式来进行有效管理。市场经济的不断变化,也迫使企业不得不提升自己的市场竞争能力,否则企业将出现“生存危机”。因此,作为企业都不同层度的引入各类“管理方法”和“管理体系”。如:什么TQC全面质量控制、TQM全面质量管理、六西格玛、以及ISO9000质量管理体系、ISO14000环境管理体系和QHSAS18000职业健康安全管理体系等等,目的是为了通过追求企业的卓越管理来实现企业的利润最大化及承担相应的社会责任,最终为人类、为社会创造财富。
