企业倒闭常如过冬,足够警惕才能再见春天。“如果我们客户都倒下了,我们同样见不到下一个春天的太阳!”更多地与中国中小企业结合在一起运行的阿里巴巴网站CEO马云表示。7月24日,马云在写给阿里巴巴集团员工的公开信中写遘“我们对全球经济基本判断是经济将会出现较大问题,我的看法是,整个经济形势不容乐观,国内很多企业生存将面临极大挑战。接下来冬天会比大家想象的更长!更寒冷!更复杂!”自2008年以来,中央陆续出台了一系列宏观调控措施,取得了一定的成效。但这些宏观调控措施,对东部沿海地区和中小企业、对传统的劳动密集型行业带来一些负面影响,许多中小企业面临生死考验。“倒闭6.7万家中小企业属正常。”财政部财科所的文宗瑜主任认为,“因为从我国过去5到10年的情况来看,每年都有接近5%到10%的中小企业在倒闭。6.7万家,如果我们的中小企业的数量按照140万算,可能大约就是8.5%的一个比例。”

Many small and medium-sized enterprises face the test of life and death. ”The closure of 67,000 SMEs is normal.“ The director of the Ministry of Finance's Institute of Finance and Economics, Wen Zongyu, believes that because of the situation in China over the past 5 to 10 years, there are nearly 5% to 10% of small and medium-sized enterprises each year. Enterprises are closing down. 67,000 homes, if the number of our SMEs is 1.4 million, it may be about 8.5%.”
