——房屋租赁价格盘升有力。2003年,宁夏房屋租赁价格上涨3.0%。在租赁市场,各类房屋租赁价格均在上涨,其中住宅类租赁价格与2002年同期相比上涨4.2%,商业用房租赁价格和厂房仓库租赁价格分别比2002年同期上涨2.1%和4.2%。——土地交易价格大幅上扬。2003年,宁夏城市土地交易价格大幅上扬比上年同期上涨8.4%。其中居民住宅用地价格上涨3.7%,商业、旅游娱乐用地大幅上涨了16.2%,工业用地交易价格上涨9.9%,其他用地价格上涨4.9%。
- Rental prices rose strong. In 2003, Ningxia rental housing prices rose 3.0%. In the leasing market, the prices of various types of housing leasing rose, of which residential leasing prices rose 4.2% over the same period in 2002, leasing prices of commercial space and factory warehouse leasing prices rose 2.1% and 4.2% respectively over the same period in 2002. - Land transaction prices soared. In 2003, the transaction price of urban land in Ningxia rose sharply by 8.4% over the same period of last year. Among them, the prices of residential and residential land rose by 3.7%, the prices of commercial, tourism and entertainment land rose sharply by 16.2%, the prices of industrial land transactions by 9.9% and other land prices by 4.9%.
