施工阶段集中使用了大量的技术、人员、物资和资金,对于建筑经济来讲,科学进行施工阶段的工程造价工作,无疑会有事半功倍的效果。本研究从工程造价的行业认知入手,在描述工程造价概念和功能的基础上,以建筑工程施工阶段为平台,研讨了加强工程造价控制工作,提供了系统性会审施工图纸、优化施工方案计、控制施工工程变更等方法,希望为更好地控制施工阶段造价,提升工程造价总体、综合控制水平有所帮助。
