目的:评价自制简易装置用于杀灭呼吸机废气新型冠状病毒的可行性。方法:选取用于新型冠状病毒肺炎危重型患者的呼吸机17台,分别于加装废气过滤-消毒装置前在呼吸机废气口、加装24和48 h时在消毒罐排气口采用新型冠状病毒核酸拭子进行检测。结果:加装前呼吸机废气新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性率为100%,加装24 h时消毒罐排气新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性率为0,加装48 h时消毒罐排气新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性率为6%(1台阳性)。与加装前比较,加装后24和48 h时新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性率降低(n P<0.05)。n 结论:自制简易装置可用于杀灭呼吸机废气新型冠状病毒。“,”Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of using self-made simple device to kill 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in ventilator exhausts.Methods:Seventeen ventilators used for critically ill patients with coronavirus disease 2019 were selected, a new coronavirus nucleic acid swab was used for testing at the exhaust port of ventilator before installing an exhaust gas filtration and disinfection device and at the exhaust port of the disinfection tank at 24 and 48 h after installation.Results:The positive rate of nucleic acid detection method for 2019-nCoV in ventilator exhaust was 100% before installation, the positive rate of nucleic acid detection method for 2019-nCoV in disinfection tank exhaust was 0 at 24 h after installation, and the positive rate of nucleic acid detection method for 2019-nCoV in disinfection tank exhaust was 6% (the swab was tested positive in 1 ventilator) at 48 h after installation.The positive rate of nucleic acid detection method for 2019-nCoV was significantly lower at 24 and 48 h after installation than before installation (n P<0.05).n Conclusion:Self-made simple device can be used to kill 2019-nCoV in ventilator exhausts.
