目的调查高职班护生理论课堂听课现状及缺乏主动性的原因,有针对性的找出提高课堂效率的有效方法。方法对94名高职班护生进行现场不记名课堂问卷调查,每门课程选择不同教师的5节课。结果学生在康复,急救,英语和护理管理学课堂上听讲情况较差,听课时间超过20分钟的学生仅有18.7%~46.6%,课堂上同学不听讲主要是睡觉占31.8~60.9%;聊天占19.5~45.5%,玩手机现象更严重,占33.0~50.5%。不听讲的主要原因学生认为,内科、外科、妇科主要是个人原因占61.5~66.8%,其次主要是教师的原因,儿科、康复及急救主要基于教师授课形式不吸引学生的原因占32.0~55.9%,英语和护理管理学主要由于学生对此课程不感兴趣(占71.5,61.2%)。结论学校应严格课堂纪律,与毕业成绩严格挂钩,另外要根据学生具体要求选择相应的课程,教师严格准入制度,选择有一定授课技能,受过专业培训的临床理论授课教师。
Objective To investigate the current situation of lectures and the reasons for the lack of initiative in the theoretical classes of nursing students in higher vocational schools and to find out the effective ways to improve the efficiency of the classroom. Methods A total of 94 high school nursing students were investigated on the spot in anonymous classroom. Five classes of different teachers were chosen for each course. Results The students in the rehabilitation, first aid, English and nursing management classrooms were poorly attended, with only 18.7% ~ 46.6% of the students taking lectures over 20 minutes and 31.8 ~ 60.9% of the students not listening mainly in the classroom. Chatting 19.5 ~ 45.5%, playing mobile phone more serious, accounting for 33.0 ~ 50.5%. The main reason for not listening is that students believe that medical, surgical and gynecological occupations mainly account for 61.5% to 66.8% of personal reasons, followed by teachers, and pediatrics, rehabilitation and first aid mainly account for 32.0% to 55.9% , English and nursing management mainly due to students not interested in this course (71.5,61.2%). Conclusion The school should be strictly classroom discipline, and graduation results strictly linked to the other according to the specific requirements of students to choose the appropriate curriculum, teachers strict access system, choose a certain teaching skills, professionally trained clinical theory teachers.
