[目的]探讨免疫细胞化学技术检测乳腺癌细针穿刺细胞学标本ER和PR的准确性。[方法]对50例乳腺癌标本分别进行细针穿刺细胞学检查和免疫细胞化学染色,检测ER和PR的表达水平。[结果]免疫细胞化学和免疫组织化学检测ER的阳性表达率分别为50%和56%,无显著性差异(χ2=0.361,P=0.689)。免疫细胞化学法和免疫组织化学检测PR的阳性表达率分别为38%和52%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.980,P=0.228)。[结论]免疫细胞化学法检测乳腺癌细针穿刺细胞学标本的ER和PR表达水平与免疫组织化学法的准确率相似,可作为术前内分泌治疗的重要参考指标。
[Objective] To investigate the accuracy of immunocytochemistry in the detection of ER and PR in fine-needle aspiration cytology specimens of breast cancer. [Method] 50 cases of breast cancer specimens were fine needle aspiration cytology and immunocytochemical staining, detection of ER and PR expression levels. [Results] The positive expression rates of ER in immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry were 50% and 56%, respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 0.361, P = 0.689). Immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemical detection of PR positive expression rates were 38% and 52%, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 1.980, P = 0.228). [Conclusion] The results of immunocytochemistry in detecting the expression of ER and PR in the fine needle aspiration cytology specimens of breast cancer are similar to the accuracy of immunohistochemistry, which can be used as an important reference index for the preoperative endocrine therapy.
