今年初,有幸在陕西省财政厅政府采购中心组织的“陕西省外宾会见厅及常委会议室装饰工程设计竞标”中中标并付诸实施,现将设计思路做一归纳总结。 一、工程概况与设计背景 工程地址在西安市雁塔路陕西省委大院内,建筑为五十年代末的清水砖墙,坡瓦屋面多间大小不等的一层建筑组成,在一独立小院内。经过改造后,平面以大小共四个会见厅、会议室为主,加上门厅、走廊、卫生间、铺助服务用房,建筑面积约1150平方米,
Earlier this year, it was fortunate to bid for and implement the “Bidding for Decoration Engineering Design of Foreign Guests in Shaanxi Province” organized by the Government Procurement Center of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance. Now, the design ideas are summarized.
