一、概述 龙羊峡水电站的安装间位于主厂房左端,在坝址区左岸山体中开挖而成,为典型的地下窑洞式布置。全长47米,其中地下段长约39米,洞脸外尚有8米左右一段。地下部分的断面为城门洞型,顶拱最大开挖跨度约38米,下部开挖宽度28米,全高37.95米。为一大断面地下洞室,开挖断面积为1056平米。 根据安装间地段的工程地质条件及施工组织设计,安装间的开挖及衬砌浇筑均采用“先拱后墙”的施工顺序。虽然我们根据种种原因选用了整体园拱直墙式衬砌。但顶拱先行浇筑,并有较长一段时间是单独工作的。顶拱形成后,将在其保护下进行下扩开挖和边墙底板的混凝土浇筑。而且根据荷载分析,安装间衬砌所承受的外荷亦主要在顶拱部位。因此,安装间顶拱是一个重要而关键的衬砌构件。设计中必须仔细研究、慎重对待。
