我省在普法过程中,实行法制宣传和依法治理相结合,推动依法行政;实行法制宣传和法律服务相结合,确保公民学以致用。2006年,是“五五”普法的启动年。“五五”普法初期,我省就找准了定位,即法制宣传要和依法治理相结合,推动依法行政;法制宣传要和法律服务相结合,确保公民学以致用。这两个结合让法制宣传跳出“宣传”的框架,以润物细无声的方式改变着人们的日常生活。
In the course of popularizing law in our province, the combination of legal publicity and administration according to law is implemented to promote the administration according to law; the combination of legal publicity and legal services ensures that the citizens learn effectively. In 2006, it is the start of the “55” popularization. In the early days of the “May-5” law-making, our province pinpointed the position that the legal publicity should be combined with the administration according to law so as to promote the administration according to law. The publicity of the legal system should be combined with legal services to ensure that the citizens learn effectively. The combination of these two legal legal advocacy out of the “propaganda ” framework, to moisten things silently change people’s daily lives.
