目的:探讨重症监护室患者家属实施阶段式健康教育的效果。方法:选取近期浙江省嘉兴市第二医院重症监护室内接受治疗的患者100例,随机分为2组。实验组患者家属实行阶段式健康教育,对照组则采用常规教育方法。比较分析两组患者及其家属就医疗护理满意程度。结果:经过有效的健康教育后,实验组患者及其家属的护理医疗护理的满意度远高于对照组。结论:对患者家属采用阶段式的健康教育,不仅能够缓解患者家属的压力,减轻心理负担,更能使患者家属对患者的情况有具体了解并能及时协助治疗,能够给患者带来更好的、及时的治疗,对患者病情的稳定以及康复起到理想帮助。此外,患者对医院的满意度大大提高,医患纠纷普遍下降。
Objective: To discuss the effects of stage health education among family members of intensive care unit. Methods: A total of 100 patients admitted to ICU in No.2 Hospital of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into two groups. Family members of experimental group implemented stage-based health education while control group used conventional education. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients and their families on medical care satisfaction. Results: After effective health education, the satisfaction rate of nursing medical care of experimental group patients and their families was much higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Stages of health education for family members not only can relieve the pressure of family members, reduce the psychological burden, but also make the family members have specific understanding of the patient’s condition and can promptly help the treatment, which can bring patients better , Timely treatment, the stability of the patient’s condition and rehabilitation play an ideal help. In addition, patients’ satisfaction with the hospital has been greatly improved, and the disputes between doctors and patients have generally declined.
