近八年来外派汉语教师志愿者研究综述

当前海外汉语教学项目的发展,既有国家政策的强大支持,又有海外汉语需求的有力推动,外派汉语教师志愿者研究论文从2005年开始,至2012年已呈25倍的增长量。然而在中国期刊网上还没有针对“外派汉语教师志愿者”这个群体及其相关的各个方面研究的文献综述。本文通过整理“汉语教师志愿者”主题及其相关的52篇论文,归纳出现有研究主要在五个方面:志愿者概念界定与角色定位,志愿者培训,外派管理,内在认知轨迹与专业发展,归国保障等。本文根据研究现状,分析其不足,并思考接下来可能的研究趋势,如:应用广义视角,利用横纵向分析,宏微观结合,本土化加强,理论建设强化等。 At present, the development of overseas Chinese teaching programs has both the strong support of national policies and the strong demand from overseas Chinese. The research papers on volunteer Chinese teachers for expatriates have risen 25 times from 2005 to 2012. However, there is no literature review on this group of “expatriate Chinese teachers volunteers” and other related aspects in the Chinese Journal Online. This article summarizes the existing research mainly in five aspects: defining the concept of volunteers and their roles, training of volunteers, managing of expatriates, internal cognitive pathways by sorting out the topics of “Chinese Teachers Volunteer” and its related 52 papers. And professional development, such as the return of security. Based on the research status quo, this paper analyzes its shortcomings and considers the following possible research trends, such as the application of a broad perspective, the use of horizontal and vertical analysis, the combination of macro and micro, local strengthening, theory building and so on.
