在GSM网络中,半速率常被运用作为提升网络容量的一种手段,然而半速率会严重影响用户的通话质量。文中通过用户移动性规律反映出小区级话务的波动特点,进行数理统计分析,得出了统计小区波动的分布;利用小区波动分布特性,合理地运用半速率来解决了周期的话务波动性,平衡了周期性波动容量和话音质量的矛盾。运用自适应性技术解决网络的突发话务问题,合理地运用半速率提升了容量并降低了对话音质量的影响。
In the GSM network, half-rate is often used as a means to increase network capacity, however, half-rate will seriously affect the user’s call quality. In this paper, the fluctuation characteristics of cell-level traffic are reflected by the law of user mobility, and the statistical analysis of the cell-level traffic is carried out. The distribution of the fluctuation of the cell is obtained. The fluctuation of cell traffic is solved by using the half- , Balancing the conflicting nature of cyclical fluctuations and voice quality. The use of adaptive technology to solve the network of unexpected traffic problems, a reasonable use of half-rate to enhance the capacity and reduce the impact of voice quality.
