有机氟中毒可导致患者出现化学性支气管炎、肺炎,严重者还会出现急性呼吸窘迫综合症、肺纤维化、肺水肿,甚至死亡,因此早期诊断及合理治疗是救治的关键。本研究回顾性分析了24例有机氟吸入性中毒患者不同时期CT影像表现,旨在探讨有机氟致肺损伤CT影像表现及演变特点。1对象与方法选择2011年4月至2013年4月在本院就诊的有机氟吸入中毒患者共计24例,所有患者均为氟化学工厂工
Organofluorosis can lead to chemical bronchitis and pneumonia in patients. In severe cases, acute respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary edema and even death may occur. Therefore, early diagnosis and reasonable treatment are the key points for treatment. This study retrospectively analyzed the CT images of 24 patients with organofluorine inhalation poisoning in different periods, and aimed to explore the CT imaging manifestations and evolution characteristics of organofluorine-induced lung injury. 1 object and method selection in April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital for treatment of organ fluoride inhalation poisoning a total of 24 patients, all patients are fluoride chemical factory workers
