1980年登革热Ⅱ型病毒引起了登革热流行,去年及今年又从登革热病人的血中分离到Ⅱ型病毒,现将我院1986年收治的131例登革出血热分述如下。临床诊断标准在登革热流行季节,结合世界卫生组织提出的标准规定如下: 1.发病急骤,高热持续2～7天。2.出血倾向,最少应具备柬臂试验阳性以及下列任何一项症状或体征:①皮肤瘀点、紫癜、瘀斑;②鼻衄,齿龈出血;③呕血或黑便;④咯血;⑤子宫
