班级是学校开展教育教学活动的基本单位,班级管理的成功,直接决定了学校管理的成功,从而在一定程度上决定了学校教育教学的成功。一个班级要成为一个班集体,需要各方面的共同努力,其中最为重要的就是班主任的管理。本文对目前我国高中的班级管理现状进行了调查研究,发现班级管理中存在的主要问题,分析了班主任管理方式对学生参与集体建设积极性的具体作用,并进一步提出了班级管理的有效可行性措施。
The class is the basic unit for the school to carry out education and teaching activities. The success of class management directly determines the success of school management, and thus determines the success of school education and teaching to a certain extent. A class must become a class collective, and it needs the joint efforts of all parties, the most important of which is the management of the class teacher. This paper investigates the current status of class management in high schools in China, and finds out the main problems in class management. It also analyzes the specific role of head teacher management in the enthusiasm of students to participate in collective construction, and further proposes effective and feasible measures for class management.
