梅钢1420酸洗-冷轧联合机组是国内第一条依靠自己的力量进行自主集成的冷连轧生产线,其工艺和设备具有世界一流水平,尤其是其三电控制系统(EIC)的集成具有自己的特点,该系统采用了先进、成熟、可靠的三电系统配置和控制技术,该三电一体化控制系统由二级过程计算机控制系统(L2)、一级基础自动化控制系统(L1)、操作监控系统(HMI)、网络设备以及现场检测元件和电气执行设备(L0)组成。重点阐述了三电控制系统构成特点、网络系统、L2及L1的控制功能。
