我队在优質高产运动中,要求每鑽50米測量鑽孔傾斜度一次,但在测斜(尤其在深孔时),化費很多时間。如利用不提鑽测斜法,則要重做測斜器接头等。为能利用现有的测斜器(接头),而达到不提鑽測斜的目的,笔者设計了一种装置,經过使用完全合乎要求,材料只需一小截废岩心管即可。空心接头是用废岩心管改制的,如图1所示,上部烧紅卡小,內车与测斜器結合的方絲扣,接上测斜器,肩部鑽5—6个φ12的小孔,用以通水及投卡塞物。下部两头車岩心管絲扣,空心接头上部接—0.5—0.6米的短岩心管,短岩心管上接取粉管接头。空心接头下部接鑽进用之岩心管,如图2所示。測斜管倒装于短岩心管內。
