多年来,在我国先天性心脏病缺损手术治疗中,一直采用国外进口的封堵器,治疗费用十分昂贵。广东省心血管病研究所副所长、我国著名先天性心脏病专家张智伟教授,一直致力于先天性心脏病的研究。他作为主要发明人,参与研制了世界首创的生物陶瓷膜封堵器(Cera)。Cera陶瓷膜封堵技术自2006年陆续在海外开始临床实验,到目前为止,已有超过1000例成功植入的经验,同时顺利完成CE(欧盟注册),这标志着我国生产的心脏介入治疗器械首次进入国际市场。此研究已经列为国家“十五”科技攻关计划课题,其临床应用效果优于进口产品,降低了患者的治疗成本,提高了治愈率,有望在将来取代进口产品而广泛应用于国内临床。近日,张智伟教授在北京接受了本刊记者的采访,介绍了这项新技术研发的具体情况。
