温州全市地貌复杂,素有“七山二水一分田”之说,是省内受台风、冰冻、雨雪、泥石流等自然灾害影响最大的地区,尤其是2006年桑美台风和2008年冰冻雨雪灾害期间,温州电网经受了巨大考验。近年来,受极端自然灾害影响,对电网企业应急救援工作也提出了更高的要求。2011年6月,由30名青年技术骨干组成的温州电力局应急救援队正式成立,承担温州市及全国性的各类应急救援任务,温州电力局以“严、细、实、新”的工作作风,“尽善尽美、无可挑剔”
Wenzhou has complex landforms and is known as the “Seven Hills, Two Waters and One Field,” and is the region most affected by natural disasters such as typhoon, freezing, rain and snow, and mudslides in the province, especially the 2006 Saomai typhoon and 2008. During the frozen rain and snow disaster in Wenzhou, Wenzhou Power Grid has undergone tremendous tests. In recent years, due to the influence of extreme natural disasters, higher requirements have been put forward for emergency rescue work of power grid companies. In June 2011, the emergency rescue team of Wenzhou Electric Power Bureau, consisting of 30 young technical backbones, was formally established to undertake various types of emergency rescue missions in Wenzhou City and across the country. Wenzhou Electric Power Bureau used “strict, detailed, real, and new”. Work style, “Perfect, Impeccable”
