元旦前夕,深圳科技界迎来了“高交全”之后的又一大盛事,“深圳市科技进步奖颁奖大会”隆重召开,广东省委副书记、深圳市委书记张高丽和常务副市长李德成等市领导代表市委,市政府向142个获奖项目的集体和个人颁奖。 据科技管理部门提供的数字表明,1999年深圳市科技进步奖与历年相比,获奖项目最多、科技水平最高项目效益最好。充分显示了深圳以企业为主体、综合进行科技开发、立足创新的实力。
