我们选清朝抗衰老官方之精髓,由人参、鹿茸、何首乌、枸杞等药组成复方寿康。用寿命短、繁殖力强的家蝇作为动物衰老模式,观察不同浓度的寿康液对其寿命和脑中脂褐质形成的影响。材料与方法本实验观察对象为纯种雄性家蝇(Muscadomestica),由广东省老年医学研究所提供。将家蝇置于20×20×20cm~3的尼龙丝蝇笼中饲养,室温为20±1℃,相对湿度50~70%,让其产卵于幼虫混合饲料中,(虫角)蝽后,随机将(虫角)分组。寿命试验和脂褐质测定的对照组分别为5个组,寿康液每一浓度亦为5个组。寿命试验每组130只,脂褐质实验每
