6种抗肝炎蒙药水煎剂2.5g/kg·d给小鼠灌胃1wk后,在二硝基氯苯所致迟发型皮肤过敏实验中汤琴-25散和古日古木-13水丸能显著提高免疫正常小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化为致敏淋巴细胞的能力(P<0.01),而德都·古日古木-7散和汤琴-25散能增强免疫低下小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化为致敏淋巴细胞的能力(P<005和P<0.01);在抗体溶血素形成实验中6种蒙药均能显著提高免疫正常小鼠的IgM生成能力(除汤琴-25散P<005外其余P<0.01),而除德都·古日古木-7散外其余则能增强免疫低下小鼠的IgM生成能力(除玛纳格钦宝散P<005外其余P<0.01);在碳粒廓清实验中汤琴-25散和古日古木-13水丸能显著提高免疫正常小鼠的碳粒廓清率(P<0.01),而所有6种蒙药均能显著提高免疫低下小鼠的碳粒廓清率(P<0.01)。
