目的:分析中药房中药材出现的质量问题,提出应对策略。方法:对2008-2009年某院所购入中药材出现的质量问题进行归纳和分析。结果:通过采用网络化药品信息管理系统、确保购入优质药材、重视库存中药的保管和养护、改进中药房质检方法、提高中药人员水平等手段,中药房可以有效地控制药材质量。结论:建议在全国确立统一的中药材质量标准,建立、健全、实施一整套有关中药材生产、流通的法规、制度,以保证中药事业的健康发展。
Objective: To analyze the quality problems appeared in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy and put forward countermeasures. Methods: To summarize and analyze the quality problems of Chinese herbal medicines purchased in a hospital from 2008 to 2009. Results: The pharmacy can effectively control the quality of medicinal materials by adopting the networked drug information management system, ensuring the purchase of high-quality medicinal materials, paying attention to the custody and maintenance of traditional Chinese medicines, improving the quality inspection methods of Chinese pharmacies and improving the level of Chinese medicine personnel. Conclusion: It is suggested to establish a unified Chinese herbal medicine quality standard throughout the country, establish, perfect and implement a set of laws and regulations on the production and circulation of Chinese herbal medicines so as to ensure the healthy development of Chinese medicine.
