以相应的金属硝酸盐和尿素为原料,采用燃烧法合成了蓝色发光材料Sr2CeO4。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及荧光光度计等手段对Sr2CeO4的物相结构、形貌粒度、发光性质等进行了研究。研究发现:适当过量的尿素及恰当后处理温度,有利于获得纯相和高发光亮度的Sr2CeO4粉末。
With the corresponding metal nitrate and urea as raw materials, the blue luminescent material Sr2CeO4 was synthesized by combustion method. The phase structure, morphology, size and luminescent properties of Sr2CeO4 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The study found that: the appropriate excess urea and the appropriate post-treatment temperature, is conducive to obtaining pure phase and high brightness of Sr2CeO4 powder.
