目的探讨聋哑儿童进行脑干听觉诱发电位检测的意义。方法对108例聋哑儿童和41例健康儿童进行脑干听觉诱发电位检查,观察Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期,并进行对比研究。结果108例聋哑儿童脑干诱发电位的异常率为99.1%。其中24例(22.2%)双侧Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波波形消失;20例(18.5%)一侧波形消失(其中15例为对侧波形消失,5例为对侧Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长);53例(49.1%)双侧波形缺如;10例(9.3%)Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长,与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑干听觉诱发电位对聋哑儿童的早期诊断、病情程度判断和预后评估方面具有重要价值
Objective To investigate the significance of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in deaf children. Methods The brainstem auditory evoked potentials were examined in 108 deaf children and 41 healthy children. The latency of wave Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ were observed and compared. Results The abnormal rate of brainstem evoked potentials in 108 deaf children was 99.1%. Waveforms of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ disappeared in 24 cases (22.2%). Waveforms disappeared in 20 cases (18.5%) side (15 cases disappeared in contralateral waveform and 5 cases contralateral Ⅰ, Ⅲ , Wave latency of Ⅴ wave was prolonged). The absence of bilateral waveforms in 53 cases (49.1%) and the latency of waves of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ in 10 cases (9.3%) were significantly longer than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Brainstem auditory evoked potentials are of great value in the early diagnosis, assessment of the severity of illness and prognosis in deaf-mute children
