青椒疫病是上海郊区青椒的主要病害,从川沙、上海、青浦、南汇等县病区分离到的菌种中选取9株作鉴定和生物学特性研究。比较了菌落形态、菌丝直线生长速度和最高生长温度。该病菌无性孢子囊大小为19.3~43.8μm×42.0~75.3μm,乳突明显,偶见双乳突;卵器球形,大小为26.3~38.5μm;雄器大小为10.5~21.0μm×10.5~22.8μm;孵孢子大小为21.0~33.3μm。有性繁殖,9株供试菌株与 Phytophthora capsici A1或 A2标准菌株相配对能产生卵孢子,但其中Sh61、Sh177、Sh302、Sh315不仅能各自形成卵孢子,而且与 P.capsici A1和 A2标准菌株相配对都能形成卵孢子。所有供试菌株对孔雀石绿不敏感,能利用淀粉作为碳源,最高生长温度>35℃。根据特性,并与疫霉属的其它种比较,这9株菌株被鉴定为辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)。
Green pepper disease is the main disease of green peppers in the suburbs of Shanghai. Nine strains were selected from the strains isolated from the wards of Chuansha, Shanghai, Qingpu and Nanhui counties for identification and biological characteristics. The morphology of colonies, the linear growth rate of mycelium and the maximum growth temperature were compared. The size of asexual sporangia was 19.3 ~ 43.8μm × 42.0 ~ 75.3μm, the mastoid was obvious, and occasionally the papilla was found. The ovate spheroid was 26.3 ~ 38.5μm in size and the average size was 10.5 ~ 21.0μm × 10.5 ~ 22.8 μm; hatched spore size was 21.0 ~ 33.3μm. Sexual reproduction, 9 tested strains and Phytophthora capsici A1 or A2 standard strains can produce oospores, but Sh61, Sh177, Sh302, Sh315 can not only form oospores, but also with P. capsici A1 and A2 standard strains Pairing can form oospores. All tested strains were not sensitive to malachite green, and could utilize starch as carbon source with the highest growth temperature> 35 ℃. The nine strains were identified as Phytophthora capsici based on their properties and compared to other species of Phytophthora.
