病例摘要:男,12岁半。因反复抽搐3个月入院。3个月前无明显诱因在课后突然趺倒,四肢屈曲抽搐,吐白沫,双眼凝视,呼之不应,咬伤舌。2～3分钟后止抽。不发热,抽搐时无大小便失禁,抽后乏力乃入睡。此后,类似发作3次,当地医院见EEG示广泛中度异常,诊为癫痫。予苯妥英钠、安定治疗,仍频繁发作,有时1日数次,但多不伴意识丧失,仅为单侧肢体抽搐,病后学习成绩下降。患儿为足月顺产,否认外伤史、甲状腺手术及抽搐史。家
Case Summary: Male, 12 and a half years old. Due to repeated convulsions 3 months admitted to hospital. 3 months ago, no obvious incentive to suddenly collapse after class, limbs flexion and convulsion, spit foam, his eyes stare, call should not bite the tongue. 2 to 3 minutes after pumping.
