受全球流动性宽松的影响,我国CPI仍有上行压力。然而,近一年来,我国煤炭价格总体却呈现持续下跌态势。针对这种现象,本文基于我国通胀形成机理的演化视角,借鉴相关学者提出的“两部门悖论”模型,全面分析了煤价弱势下行的形成机理。结果表明:结构性“通胀”与“通缩”是形成煤炭价格与一般产品价格“二元分化”现象的主要因素。
Affected by the easing of global liquidity, there is still upward pressure on CPI in China. However, in the past year, the overall price of coal in our country has shown a continuous downward trend. In view of this phenomenon, based on the evolutionary perspective of the formation mechanism of inflation in our country and using the model of “two-department paradox” proposed by relevant scholars, this paper comprehensively analyzes the formation mechanism of the coal price’s downward trend. The results show that the structural factors of “inflation” and “deflation” are the main factors that lead to the phenomenon of “dualism” between coal price and general product price.
