颈胸段脊柱结核并截瘫在临床上比较少见 ,仅占脊柱结核的 1 2 % [1] 。但由于颈胸段特殊的解剖位置关系 ,病灶暴露困难 ,手术有一定的难度 ,治疗效果较差。作者于 1993年 6月～ 1999年 10月采用改良式经胸骨前路病灶清除植骨融合术治疗颈胸段脊柱结核并截瘫 3例 ,取得满意效果?
