本文介绍了武钢冷轧厂热镀锌机组运用价值工程原理指导生产经营活动的实践。在消化引进联邦德国专利技术的基础上,通过对用户使用功能的广泛调查,寻求了三条降低镀锌板成本的途径,①合理选择镀锌板基村,用B_1F取代08F和08Al;②合理选择锌层厚度,提高锌层控制能力;③合理选择工艺,对炉体进行彻底改造,实现最佳温度控制。采取以上三项措施,年增创经济效益1900余万元。
This article introduces the practice of value-engineering principle guiding the production and business activities of hot-dip galvanizing units in WISCO cold-rolling mill. On the basis of digesting the federal patent technology in Germany, three ways to reduce the cost of galvanized sheet were sought through extensive investigation of the user’s functions. Firstly, a rational selection of galvanized sheet-based village was made with B_1F instead of 08F and 08Al. Zinc layer thickness, improve zinc layer control ability; ③ a reasonable choice of process, the furnace to make a thorough transformation to achieve the best temperature control. Take the above three measures, an annual increase of economic benefits of more than 1900 yuan.
