《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确指出:在教学过程中,教师应尊重学生的人格,关注个体差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。这段话明确告诉我们学生是有个性的学习者,他们之间存在差异,因此教师该如何正确处理学生的差异,成为教学界老师关注的焦点。
“Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)” clearly states: In the teaching process, teachers should respect the personality of students, pay attention to individual differences to meet the learning needs of different students, to create an educational environment that can guide students to take the initiative to participate in, to stimulate students’ learning Enthusiasm, develop students’ attitude and ability to master and apply knowledge, so that each student can be fully developed. This passage clearly tells us that students are individualized learners, and there are differences between them. Therefore, how teachers should correctly handle the differences among students has become the focus of teachers in the teaching profession.
