随着塑料制品的用途在各个领域的日益扩大,塑料模具在塑料成型加工中愈来愈显示出其重要意义。笔者认为,造成国内、外塑料模具与塑料制品之间的差距,除了我们在工业总体水平上显而易见地存在的客观差别外,很重要的原因之一,是我们对于模具制造和模具专门技术人才,尤其是对模具钳工在模具制造中的地位和作用缺乏符合客观经济规律的认识和没有形成与这种认识相适应的比较成熟的生产管理模式。
With the increasing use of plastic products in various fields, plastic molds have increasingly shown their significance in plastic molding. The author believes that the difference between domestic and foreign plastic molds and plastic products, apart from our obvious objective difference in the overall industrial level, one of the important reasons is that we have the mold manufacturing and mold expertise, In particular, the mold fitter in the mold manufacturing status and role of lack of understanding of the objective economic law and did not form a mature production management and adapt to this understanding.
