为了适应特殊的高原沙漠工作环境,GR180H型平地机采用增压中冷高原功率恢复型柴油机,喷油泵设置有高原气压补偿器,以控制不同海拔的喷油量,加大风扇的散热面积,同时采用沙漠型空滤器,加装排气引射装置以提高防尘能力。完全免维护的进口蓄电池,增加了乙醚喷射冷启动装置,在环境温度-40℃时能顺利启动。采用美国进口CURTIS仪表及传感器,以及具有防紫外线功能的软胶电线。采用具有电子除霜装置和防紫外线辐射玻璃的全封闭新型豪华驾驶室,配备了冷暖两用内外空气可交换的增氧型空调装置。
In order to adapt to the special plateau desert working environment, GR180H grader adopts supercharged and intercooled plateau power recovery diesel engine.
