山西省祁县昌源河灌区泄洪闸枢纽工程控制灌溉面积12.9万亩。设计引水流量25秒立米,设计泄量350秒立米。八八年汛期泄洪闸闸室下游水毁失事,一级消力池下沉,海漫、井柱排、边墙全部毁坏,下游河床下切2米以上,影响了灌区系统的正常运行。八九年被列为山西省水利基建工程重点建设项目之一,进行了修复改建,现已投入正常运行。在泄洪闸水毁修复工程设计施工中,我们在增设的二级消力池、海漫及贴坡护岸基底采用了土工织物反滤替代常规砂石反滤,取得了较为理想的效果。为了推广应用,我们在泄洪闸水毁修复设计和施工中对土工织物这项新技术的可行性进行了分析论证,就其作为二级消能防冲设施基底反滤层的结构形式,施工技术、应用效果和经济效益等进行了一些有益的探索和实践。

In the design and construction of the sluice gate repair project, we have adopted the geotextile filter instead of conventional sandstone filter in the additional second-level stilling pool, Haiman and slope slope revetment base, and achieved satisfactory results. In order to popularize and apply, the feasibility of this new technology of geotextile is analyzed and proved in the design and construction of the flood damage repair and reconstruction. As for the structure and construction technology of the base anti-filtering layer as the secondary energy dissipation anti-flushing facility, , Application effect and economic benefit and so on have carried on some beneficial exploration and the practice.
