技嘉主板一向以用料豪华、功能丰富著称,之前曝光的P45芯片组顶级型号GA-P45-DQ6,不仅和GA-P45-DS5一样配备了10个SATAⅡ接口,甚至拥有4个千兆网络接口。之后的技嘉GA-EP45-UD3P采用了耐久3代技术,其改变来自于PCB内部。基于超耐久3代设计的主板,其PCB中的电源层和接地层都采用2盎司的纯铜设计。简单说就是会有高额电流通过的铜层的厚度是以往设计的两倍。在扩展槽方面,该主板提供了两个PCIE 2.0 16x插槽,可以组建双8x交火系统。此外还提供了2个FCI插槽以及3个PCIE 2.0 1x插槽。磁盘功能方面,ICH10R南桥提供了6个SATA 2.0接口,支持AHCI,支持RAID 0、1、5、10模式。第三方磁盘芯片提供了两个SATA 2.0接口和一组PATA接口,这两个SATA接口同样支持AHCI与RAID。技嘉还为主板提供了eSATA扩展面板。继著名的P45-DQ6和EP45-UD3P推出后,技嘉的另外一款高性能主板EP45-UD3R也正式登陆国内市场。携众多豪华设计以及“技嘉第三代超耐久技术”与玩家们首度会面。
