0前言rn当前,全球信息技术革命进程日新月异,5G、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新技术不断在千行百业中推进应用落地,新冠疫情又提速了新技术的应用场景和纵深边界.中共中央政治局于2020年3月4日做出了关于大力发展5G、大数据中心等新型基础设施建设(以下称“新基建”)的决策部署,具有深刻的时代内涵.新技术、新材料、新能源加持下的新基建政策为大数据中心行业发展提供了难得的发展机遇和想象空间.与此同时,新冠疫情又为大数据中心行业的发展增添诸多不确定性和新的挑战.
