用M-8601型膜天平比较内毒素血症大鼠与正常大鼠血浆对支气管-肺泡灌洗液(BAL)表面特性的影响。发现内毒素血症大鼠血浆对BAL表面活性有明显抑制作用,其抑制强度与相同蛋白浓度的正常大鼠血浆基本相同。两种血浆分别与BAL在37℃下孵育30min后抑制作用无显著差异。提示内毒素性肺损伤时血浆渗出对肺泡表面活性物质的抑制主要与血浆蛋白有关。
Effect of Plasma on Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid (BAL) Surface Characteristics of Endotoxemic Rats and Normal Rats Using M-8601 Membrane.
