中国西北地区的电影在发展过程中与少数民族密不可分,我国有关少数民族题材运用的内容是影视作品中独具特色的元素,西北地区影视文化的发展与少数民族文化密不可分,两者也是相辅相成.但是近些年,随着电影的商业化以及全民娱乐时代的到来,民族电影很难再在中国影视文化的土壤之中扎根发芽,少数民族题材电影逐渐走向了边缘化,文章通过对新中国成立之后西北少数民族题材影视文化的发展进行总结研究,并对少数民族题材影视文化的现状进行分析。未来如何让少数民族影视文化长久发展是我们需要探讨研究的。
