急性脑血管病患者不仅有严重的神经系统损害症状,而且可出现一系列的内分泌代谢变化,以下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴功能变化尤为明显。笔者对我院1997年3月~1998年8月收治的66例急性脑血管病患者进行血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及皮质醇测定,同时观察上述指标与出血量、梗死面积的关系,结果报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 病例选择:66例均为住院病人,首次发病,于48小时以内就诊。全部经CT或MR明确诊断。均无内分泌病史,未曾应用过皮质醇类的药物,无肿瘤、严重感染及肝肾疾病。分组:(1)疾病组:①脑出血30例,男20例、女10例,年龄36~78岁,平均59.2岁。出血部位:壳核18例,丘脑5
