本文在经碘盐防治的麻江县河坝乡观察了成人组和儿童组随机尿碘μg/L值与 24小时尿碘值的关系。受试者集中食宿,二餐米饭,自由饮水,活动。在室温15~28℃分别收集24小时混合尿和下午一次随机尿。结果:儿童组和成人组尿碘中位数分别为65.9μg/24h,95.1μg/24h。儿童组和成人组不论是下午随机尿或24小时尿碘μg/L值均分别显著大于尿碘μg/24h值。儿童组随机尿和24小时尿碘μg/gcr值分别显著大于尿碘μg/24h值。成人组随机尿和24小时尿碘μg/gcr值与其尿碘μg/24h值相似。成人组尿碘50~100μg/L者的百分频率显著低于尿碘50~100μg/24h的百分频率。尿碘100~200μg/L者的百分频率显著高于尿碘100~200μg/24h的百分频率。 结果表明,成人组随机尿碘μg/L值受季节气温增高而值升高,当气温较高尿液浓缩时,尿碘浓度和尿肌酐浓度同时增高,故二者比值与尿碘μg/24h值接近。
In this paper, the iodized salt control Hejiang Township, Majiang County observed adult and children groups random urinary iodine μg / L value and 24-hour urinary iodine value. Subjects focused on board and lodging, two meals of rice, free drinking water, activities. At room temperature 15 ~ 28 ℃ were collected 24 hours mixed urine and afternoon random urine. Results: The median urinary iodine in children and adults were 65.9μg / 24h and 95.1μg / 24h, respectively. The frequency of 50 to 100 μg / L of urinary iodine in adults was significantly lower than that of 50 to 100 μg / 24h of urinary iodine. Urine iodine 100 ~ 200μg / L were significantly higher than those of urinary iodine 100 ~ 200μg / 24h of the percentage of frequency. The results showed that the value of μg / L of random urinary iodine increased with the increase of seasonal air temperature in adults. When the urine temperature was higher, urinary iodine concentration and urinary creatinine increased at the same time, so the ratio of urinary iodine μg / 24h The value is close.
