为满足首都前三门统建工程大墙板施工的需要,我们在国家建委建研院结构所、北京市建研所、北京市一建公司、丰台桥梁厂科研室的协助下,组织了有经验的老工人和工程技术人员并有领导参加的三结合“平模流水隧道窑半干热养护工艺”生产线小组,认真学习本市及外地兄弟单位的好经验,分析了国外混凝土养护技术,对半干热养护工艺作了分析讨论,拟定了混凝土底模板设置干热排管与喷雾花管隧道窑养护平模流水作业
In order to meet the needs of the capital’s first three major projects for the construction of large-scale wallboards, we have organized the construction of the National Institute of Construction and Technology, the Beijing Institute of Construction, the Beijing No. 1 Construction Company, and the Fengtai Bridge Research Laboratory. Experienced old workers and engineers and technicians also have the leadership team to participate in the three-in-one production line group of “Horizontal mold water tunnel kiln semi-dry heat curing process”. They carefully study the good experience of the city and other fraternal units and analyze the foreign concrete curing technology. The semi-dry thermal curing process was analyzed and discussed, and the concrete bottom template set up dry heat exhaust pipe and sprayed flower tube tunnel kiln maintenance flat die flow operation was formulated.
