影响锅炉整体设计的因素很多,其中燃料性质是最重要的因素之一。即使锅炉的蒸汽参数和容量都完全相同,但如果要求不同的煤种,就会使锅炉的外形和各部分尺寸,以及结构布置等方面都出现显著的差别。根据我国目前的能源政策,电站锅炉是以燃煤为主的,使用煤质也在逐年下降,一些坑口电站用煤的灰分A~y达50%,热值Q~y仅3000大卡/公斤左右,这一切都给锅炉设计带来了极大的困难。本文着重介绍煤质和煤灰的特性,尤其是结渣与积灰性能对设计大容量固态排渣煤粉炉的炉膛和对流受热面的影响。希望今后对此能作深入研究和讨论,以提高我国锅炉的设计性能。
