依据安全仪表设计的相关标准与规范,分析了ESD系统设计的原则。依据安全完整性等级的要求,确定系统的性能指标,包括可靠性、独立性、故障安全性和简单性。并阐述了联锁逻辑控制器结构和逻辑功能的要求。最后给出了故障输入信号处理的方法,联锁输出控制调节阀和电气设备的原理图,以及故障报警系统的设计方法,对ESD系统的工程设计具有一定的指导意义。
According to the relevant standards and specifications of safety instrumentation design, the principle of ESD system design is analyzed. According to the safety integrity level requirements, determine the system performance indicators, including reliability, independence, fail-safe and simplicity. And expounds the requirements of the structure and logic function of the interlocking logic controller. Finally, the method of fault input signal processing, the principle diagram of interlocking output control valve and electrical equipment, and the design method of fault alarm system are given, which are of guiding significance to the engineering design of ESD system.
