目的观察全程防控措施对全髋关节置换手术后医院感染的效果。方法通过手术环节全程控制和干预措施,预防无菌清洁手术术后感染。结果严格外来器械管理,保障手术器械灭菌质量,严格执行规范的操作和消毒隔离措施,干预手术过程每个环节无菌操作。通过控制措施的259例全髋关节置换手术无一例术后感染。结论手术过程全程控制措施可有效预防清洁无菌手术的术后感染。
Objective To observe the effect of full prevention and control measures on nosocomial infections after total hip arthroplasty. Methods Through the whole process of surgical control and intervention measures to prevent postoperative infection of sterile clean surgery. The results of strict management of foreign instruments to protect the quality of surgical instruments sterilization, strict implementation of standardized operation and disinfection and isolation measures, intervention in every aspect of the surgical procedure aseptic operation. There were no postoperative infections in 259 total hip arthroplasty patients under control measures. Conclusion The whole process of surgical control measures can effectively prevent postoperative infection of sterile aseptic surgery.
