目的观察破壁松花粉(SHF)及软胶囊(PPCM)的抗前列腺增生(BPH)作用。方法大鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮3周造成前列腺增生模型,破壁松花粉及软胶囊灌胃给药4周,测定血清酸性磷酸酶活性;测定前列腺重量和体积。以及精囊腺、睾丸、附睾、提肛肌、膀胱湿重,计算脏器指数;测定前列腺组织DNA及蛋白含量。结果与模型组比较.SHF对大鼠前列腺重量和体积及膀胱指数有明显抑制,但PPCM对大鼠前列腺体积无明显抑制;而二者对精囊腺、睾丸、附睾、提肛肌等脏器指数的抑制均无明显差异,对血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、前列腺组织的DNA和蛋白含量也无明显影响。结论破壁松花粉及软胶囊具有抗大鼠BPH的作用。
Objective To observe the anti-prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) effects of broken pine pollen (SHF) and soft capsule (PPCM). Methods Rats with BPH were induced by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate for 3 weeks. Bronchial pollen and soft capsules were intragastrically administered for 4 weeks. Serum acid phosphatase activity was measured. Prostate weight and volume were measured. As well as seminal vesicles, testis, epididymis, levator ani muscles, and wet weight of bladder, the organ index was calculated; and the content of prostate tissue DNA and protein was measured. Results Compared with the model group, SHF significantly inhibited the weight and volume of prostate in rats and bladder index, but PPCM had no significant inhibition on the volume of prostate in rats; while both of them had an index of the glands, testes, epididymis, levator ani and other organs of the seminal vesicles. There was no significant difference in inhibition, and there was no significant effect on serum acid phosphatase (ACP), prostate tissue DNA and protein content. Conclusion The broken pine pollen and soft capsule have anti-BPH effect.
