通过对油田热采注蒸汽管道的保温测试及管道热损失分析,认为造成管道热损失较大的主要原因是管道保温材料选用不良及管道部件热损失大。通过对几种保温材料性能及不同保温结构的比较,分析采用新。旧部件热损失的情况,认为采用新型保温材料、保温结构、球型补偿器和保温支座代替传统的做法是降低热损失,提高注蒸汽质量的有效途径。
