本文以500张病床以上医院为例,介绍了日本大型医院的概况。重点阐述圣玛利亚医院的发展史,包括积极的设备投资和多元化业务,医院的盈亏情况以及对经营方法的分析。主要是采用一般企业的各种经营方法,由保留内部投资到依靠贷款进行大规模投资建设,这样可减少偿还费,增加利息,确保预定收入,但也不能忽视在支出方面的预算管理。
In this paper, 500 hospital beds and above are used as examples to introduce the general situation of large-scale hospitals in Japan. It focuses on the development history of St Mary’s Hospital, including active equipment investment and diversified business, the profit and loss situation of the hospital, and analysis of business methods. Mainly adopting various business methods of general enterprises, from retaining internal investment to relying on loans for large-scale investment and construction, which can reduce repayment costs, increase interest rates, and ensure scheduled revenues, but budget management in terms of expenditures cannot be ignored.
