收储制度改革下吉林省玉米产业发展研究

利用2008~2019吉林省玉米相关数据,通过研究分析发现,吉林省的玉米播种面积和产量总体仍保持稳定,玉米优势产区在收储制度改革前后玉米播种面积和产量较稳定,非优势产区在玉米播种面积调减方面取得了一定成效,又出现复种现象.玉米流通性增强,流通成本增加.玉米价格的下跌激活了下游玉米加工企业活力,提高了开工率,企业转亏为盈,但盈利方式没有得到根本转变.吉林省内玉米加工企业仍以玉米初级加工产品为主,深加工能力不足.针对吉林省玉米产业当前发展中存在的不足,提出合理化建议促进玉米产业可持续发展.

基于城市搬迁地开展园林绿化项目建设是解决城市高密区可用绿化空间不足的重要途径.构建基于城市搬迁地的园林绿化项目效益评估指标体系,以上海世博公园为例,在公园建成后第8年(2018年),从环境、社会、经济和景观4个方面对该场地尺度绿化项目产生的多重效益进行系统性综合评价.结果表明:世博公园在应对气候变化、降低土壤污染、增加生物多样性以及园林植物景观的色彩与季相方面的单项效益较为突出;在水文调控、净化空气、缓解热岛效应、休闲游憩和可达性方面的单项效益仍具一定提升空间.世博公园的综合效益指数为70.98,评估结果
